National Trust Wildcamp Weekend

We had a great weekend in Hatfield Forest with 20 participants who had signed up for the National Trust’s Wildcamp Experience weekend.

Woodlife Trails hosts the event on behalf of the National Trust at Hatfield Forest.

It was great to see young families coming out and camping in the forest. They all seemed to enjoy JP’s fire-lighting and wild-plant walk and my tracking session.

As always a big thanks to our assistants Griggers, Richard, Jake, Jason, Rob, Hannah and Rebecca.

I’ve run out of time for a full write up so here’s some pics.
