Wilderness Gathering 2010
August 23rd, 2010
After a very tiring and damp few days at the Wilderness Gathering in Wiltshire, everything is now unpacked and cleaned.
As usual it was a fantastic 4 days meeting old and new friends. For the Woodlife Network, it was highly successful as we reached our projected target on keyring sales/donations. Thanks to everyone who contributed. This will help... Read More

At the same time I purchased Lofty Wiseman’s SAS Survival Guide, but I just wasn’t progressing in the tracking world.... Read More
Wildcrafts at Hatfield Forest
July 27th, 2010
We had another great weekend in Hatfield Forest as Wildcrafts held another Basic Bushcraft course.
Every participant on the course has mentioned that it’s harder than they thought, with shelter building an area which seems to test them the most. It certainly shows how much energy is expended but also shows if it’s not completed properly, there... Read More
